Reservation policy

Reservation policies:

CHECK OUT 12:00

Hotel has the right when receiving a reservation to pre-authorize your credit card and by this you declare to have full knowledge of our Reservation and Payment Policies, Disclaimer and Cancellation Policies. We  have the right to cancel a reservation if we do not have valid credit card details.

In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for check-in to the reserved service.

For NON-Refundable rate the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the confirmation of the booking, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.

Payment policies: The currency in which accommodation and services are paid in the hotel is EURO.

Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

No charge will be made on your credit card prior to arrival for a normal reservation.

For a non refundable rate the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. No modification or cancellation is allowed.

Cancellation policy: For cancellation and modification requests up to 1 day before the date  of arrival no fee will be charged.

Cancellation and modifications requests within 1 day of the date of the arrival will be charged with the full amount of the first night.

In case of non-show the first night will be charged.

Our CANCELLATION POLICIES are applicable at all times without exception.
